An text animation can't be added under specific conditions
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attached file
2.Open Animation deck with the sidebar
3.Add a 'D' after 'C' in the bulleted list
4.Exit the text box frame
5.Re-enter the text frame by clicking after 'D'
6.Hit enter (creating a new bullet)
7.Add 'DEF'
8.Select DEF with mouse or keyboard
9.Try to add an animation by clicking the green + button in the deck
Actual Results:
Animation can't be added
Expected Results:
It should be possible to add an animation
Reproducible: Always
