Description:
The overlaid icons in grid controls are no longer transparent, one can see the
darker grey background of the icon overlaid over the top of the grid control
(and displaced by a couple of pixels).
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a database, add a table.
2) Create a form from table using the wizard and accepting the defaults (grid
control). Save the form.
3) Open the form to enter data.
4) Notice how the cursor icon and the new record icon are not transparent
against the background of the grid control.

Expected Results:
The icons should have a transparent background, or at least should be the same
colour as the grid border background shade. Positioning of the icons should
also not be displaced relative to the cells of the grid border (perhaps this is
the root cause).
