For me it's a crash, not a hang in 5.2.2.2 / Windows 7.
Not reproduced with 5.2.3.3 however.

Crash is in atioglxx.dll, so whatever happens happens in GPU driver, probably
that's why we get different results.
Either way, I'm closing as WFM, please retest in a newer version, and reset to
NEW if the hanging persists. Please also submit <user
profile>/cache/opengl_device.log in that case.
