Cannot use non-Default Language
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a User interface non-Default Language
(e,g,. English (USA) , My Default Language is Japanese)
2. Menu bar Help -> Restart in Safe Mode...
3. Appear Enter Safe Mode Dialog, and click Restart
4. Restarting LibO, appear LibO Window with Safe Mode toolbox
5. Click Continue in Safe Mode in Safe Mode toolbox
Actual Results:
LibO ui use Default Language
Expected Results:
LibO ui use seted Language (English (USA))
