I'd love to have the options menu on the far right of the toolbar - cf.
browsers and other things: people expect it there.
I think we should remove close - and banish it to a burger-sub-menu option if
we truly think we still need it =) Ultimately I'm fairly convinced that Online
can cleanup after itself, auto-save etc. quite nicely now.
Thoughts Kendy? - I'd love to save the vspace (and shrink our logo at the same
time FWIW).
