An image can't be copied in read-only mode
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached
2. Check if read-only
3. Right click on an image and select copy image
4. Try to paste it in a new document
Actual Results:
Nothing gets pasted
Expected Results:
The image should be pasted
Reproducible: Always
