It's harder for me to test it on my windows machine which already has LO5.2
installed, but it seams to me fix isn't working.
1. Opened windows explorer and found few xls files.
2. Right click, open with, and choose scalc.exe from LibreDev directory.
3. XLS file opened.
4. Returned to windows exporer and repeat point 2. again on new file.
Result: New file didn't open in foreground, it opened in background.
If I repeat all this, but NOT WITH scalc.exe, instead I choose soffice.exe,
second file opens in foreground like it should be.
