After renaming my user-directory
C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice
to ...\_LibreOffice
the problem was the same.
But now after deleting the new one and
re-renaming the old one back to
C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice
everything is fine. Magic?
