well no doubt, but that doesn't mean that anybody will work on the filter -
most devs are european based and do not have access to hangul and thus have no
files / cannot create files. First we need test files and best would be a
translated specification - or somebody who can read Korean working on that
filter on its own. (either paid or in spare time)
nobody in europe / America will pay development time for a filter which is not
used "here".
