Resolves: tdf#90504 0x7 chars in .doc are not always cell/row ends
Transition from 5.0 to 5.1 was probably right around the 5.1/5.2 transition
point and I don't have a bibisect for that. Perhaps from the same bug 90504
which has some reverts going into 5.1
