When inserting a random toolbar in Writer, via View > Toolbars > Image, for
instance, the toolbar appears correctly but right-clicking it and trying to
select "Close Toolbar" is not working.
"Close Toolbar" only works if one selects it by going up and down with the
arrow keys.
