I can reproduce the problem by selecting and moving the lower block to start
from A26.

It is wrong to say "Formatting in X-Axis doesn't work when data are on more
than a line". You are speaking about blocks that consist of 6 rows.

I am marking this NEW, but I would like you to ask on
http://ask.libreoffice.org/ about this as I am not a chart expert and this
might not be a bug.
