What is the use of reporting a bug when never ever getting addressed?
I solved my issue by defining the global table cell height by the smallest
number (being the table header height in my case). This way all table rows with
larger height defined in the specific cell options of other table rows (only
being defined by LibtrOffice for the first table column cell) get respected.
