Breeze Dark in Windows
Steve-_- noticed that Breeze Dark theme looks like this on Mac:

It's almost the same in Windows with 5.3.0.3, except the icon art is white and
not grey (see attachment).
Breeze Dark seems to be new in 5.3, at least in Windows. Is it supposed to be
enabled?
