I'm afraid not. However, I've got some profiling results (not easy to share in
a meaningful way, Very Sleepy is a very simple tool), and it seems the sidebar
UI elements are recreated again and again:

svx::sidebar::PosSizePropertyPanel::Create
This whole thing took up roughly 80% of time during the profiling run.
