Not reproducible anymore for me with LO 5.3.1.0.0+ under Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64.
To modify the hyperlink you now have to select the link and hit ctrl+K to open
the hyperlink dialog. Adding a string at the end of the hyperlink does not
change it.
