Description:
The dutch translation in the right-click context for anchoring image, frame,
(other?), to character/as character, are switched. If I select English it is
correct.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Switch UI to Dutch language
2.Insert image
3.Anchor as character (Als teken)
5.Switch UI to English language
6.Check image anchoring
Actual Results:
Incorrect anchoring of images, frames
Expected Results:
Correct anchoring
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

Tested on multiple computers (Windows/Linux)
