Argh, I made a mistake describing what I did. I actually went to the same line
as NERVOUSNESS and then hit enter.
But now I realized this is because the Heading 3 style has Text flow - Keep
with next paragraph. So you have many solutions to solve the problem. Either
untick the option or use some different style to make the empty paragraphs
