The usual reasons for creating a meta bug:
1. You notice there is a big category of bugs
2. There is a new feature like Notebookbar, which needs polishing
Now please try to find several bugs to add as blockers to this to justify the
existence of this meta bug. If this meta bug is empty or only containing 1 or 2
bugs in the next months, it might be closed as unnecessary.
