I just tried with a new user - no change. It still hangs.
On Ubuntu I on Version: 5.3.0.3
Build ID: 1:5.3.0~rc3-0ubuntu1~yakkety1.1
CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Linux 4.8; UI Render: default; VCL: x11; Layout
Engine: new;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); Calc: group
On Windows 10 I downloaded the latest 64 bit from the Libreoffice download
website yesterday (7/2/17).
