Another case that may be related, it is also a document converted from
Microsoft Word
Hi, I encounter similar issue, the last page of this testcase isn't removable
by using backspace and other possible method.
Not sure if it's related as I have no idea what is "Contents Heading", in my
case the page breaks happens right after a table.
I was able to remove the blank page by hacking into the XML and remove the last
<text:p text:style-name="P12"/> element.
