Aaron, I cannot see the version now, but I remember it was below 5.2.5.
Maybe it has something to do with the driver of the display card. It is an
Intel-driver.
I will ask the IT-support of our school to install version 5.3.0 on one of our
PCs to test it again. But installation can take a little time. I will give you
results afterwards.
The IT-support was not able to reproduce the problem with remote servicing via
VNC. Maybe this is also a hint for the source of the problem.
