TOC not being created automatically
Open the .docx and go to page 3 and follow the instructions.
On M$ Word 2016 I just select one option and it self creates all the needed
contents.
In LO 5.3 it only creates one line named "Table of Contents" but no extra data
:(
And, if I create the TOC with M$ Word 2016 and then open the .docx back with LO
5.3 the fonts in the TOC start getting all mixed up... we get different fonts
in different lines (notice that the different fonts in different lines happened
this morning... I haven't tested here with this example .docx... but it should
be the same).
