Formula bar is not blank and the tooltip shows fine here.
I wonder what is the issue. Maybe you could try version 5.3. If it does not
work out of the box, try Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe
mode without doing anything else.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists in 5.3. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
