Not a solution for the overall "clear cutting" of context menu entries, but in
version 5.3 you can customize the context menus.
Menu "Tools" > Customize... > Context Menus
You also can create sub menus in context menus to pool related commands. I need
that function too because entries to capitalize/lowercase/uppercase text were
dropped that I used frequently till 5.1.
