That should be new enough. The commit that causes this problem was in response
to bugg 100438. Before that, the Special Character button was not in the tab
order. Could you explain more clearly what you mean by pressing the OK Button,
To reproduce this, I first open the spell check dialog. Next I use the
Shift+Tab key and focus is placed in the edit box for making a correction.
Next, I press Shift+Tab again, my screen reader NVDA says "Toolbar, Special
Character button". I do not press an OK button at any time during the steps
that cause a crash. I will add a11y to this in case its only an accessibility
bug.
