Extension Manager crashed

I downloaded the latest nightly of LanguageTool from:
https://languagetool.org/download/snapshots/?C=M;O=D
Then, I double-clicked on the file and while it was being installed by the
extension manager (it takes a minute or so) I decided to untick the checkbox
"Bundled with LibreOffice".
LO 5.3 crashed!
It just says that the application isn't responding and minutes have gone by.
