Reduced version of original Word document.
On opening a Microsoft Word document, the paragraph numbers are incorrect. In
the original document the paragraphs are numbered 1,2,3,4 but when opened in
LibreOffice the paragraphs are numbered 1,2,1,3.
This can be seen in the attached document.
