Never tested LibreOffice on Mint but we deliver various icon theme for both
bright as well as dark themes. You can choose your preference in Tools >
Options > LibreOffice > View > Icon Style. If Mint messes up with our default
there would be the workaround to replace the iconset on your system. Default is
in /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/config/ but ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/config/
should work as well.
