Opening the ODF archive of attachment 131314, the last OLE sm formula Object30
has no MathML--so it is correctly blank when this document is opened, so it is
not a duplicate of bug 99476
Unfortunately, we do not know why the formulas MathML was dropped and when: (1)
during edit, (2) on save, (3) on clean up of the document for posting to this
issue. Suspect it is during edit "moved too much after they are created" is
suspicious.
We will need better STR or a reproducing document.
