Today I tested with a new fresh user profile. The problem stays.
1. After resetting the user profile the language of the user interface is
german.
2. In options -> language settings -> languages: I change the user interface
language to English (USA).
3. LO requests a restart.
4 After the restart some menu entries are still in german.
