Any time a bug or enhancement can be broken up into a single manageable task
that is preferred. You can create a meta bug tag and link all of the related
issues together. If you're going to do that though, I suggest writing one,
waiting to see how the community responds, and then go from there. Else you
risk wasting a ton of time only to have the enhancement requests closed as
WONTFIX.
