Description:
In a multi monitor setup, where the display(s) are configured for extended
desktop mode, any tool tips or palettes that are activated get displayed on the
main display, regardless of which display the application is being used.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. hover mouse over any item which results in a tool tip being displayed
2. click any item which results in a palette being displayed
3.
Actual Results:
tool tips and palettes, when activated, display on the main monitor
Expected Results:
tool tips and palettes, when activated, should be displayed on the monitor
where the application is open and being used
Reproducible: Always
