I got the same results. But I don't think that the negative number is the
problem. The vertical position of the anchor "nTopOfAnch" (in Bsp1.docx: 17065
twip) is not right, because the whole document ends at 17122 twip. In contrast
the rendered position is right, see MSO render. Since the textbox would fit on
the page, the treatment with shrinking is not necessary at all.
So there has to be an error in the value of "nTopOfAnch". I'm on it.
