Description:
It seems that Impress doesn't use the shortcuts for bulleted lists (Shift+F12)
and numbered lists (F12) in text boxes. The only way to trigger them is
clicking on the currespondent botton in toolbar or sidebar.
The shortcuts work fine in Writer, and it would be nice to have the same
behavior in Impress, especially for users that switch frequently between the
two modules.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a new blank presentation in Impress
2. select the text box
3. insert some text in paragraphs and try to use F12 or Shift+F12
Actual Results:
Nothing happens.
Expected Results:
When hitting F12, the paragraphs convert to a numbered list.
When hitting Shift+F12, the paragraphs convert to a bullet list.
Reproducible: Always
