The position of dialogs executed from BASIC was centered in the application
window (al least until 5.1.6.2).
The Behavior has changed 5.2.4.2.
Now the position of dialogs is the position registered in the IDE dialog editor
and this is inconvenient.
I tested this in windows 7.
