My bug may be a duplicate to whatever but definitely not to bug 48538. This bug
claims not to be able to connect to the outgoing mail server. This is not my
issue, my connection is working (no error message on testing the connection).
My issue is, despite of having the connection mail merge is not passing the
mails on to the mail server. Since it was working with LO 5.0.4 but no longer
with the current version, something must have changed in between.
