To create a reproducible case;
Save one or 2 word files, doc1.docx and doc2.docx) somewhere on the filesystem.
Create 2 command line (dos boxes).
Next, from one command line, run:
soffice --headless --invisible --convert-to pdf --outdir /tmp doc1.docx
>From another command line, run:
soffice --headless --invisible --convert-to pdf --outdir /tmp doc2.docx
If you run this once, it might work - if you do that twice or more it will
probably fail e.g. from two terminal windows running the same command.
