Bug still exists with LO 5.3.1.1, OpenSUSE 42.1 Leap, 64bit rpm Linux.
Another bug appears since LO 4.2.0.0:

Group Header keeps the values of the first group
Has nothing to do with this one, but the value for the conditional printing
won't appear in the attachment, because only the value of the first group will
be shown for every group.
