Bug still exists with LO 5.3.1.1, OpenSUSE 42.1 Leap, 64bit rpm Linux.
The difference between moved control and mouse-position disappears when
deleting sorting and grouping. When I tried to change the height of the group

I got a part of the group without background. After saving the report and
reopening, the background of the group appears and the buggy behavior with
mouse-position and control-position has gone.
