OS details  10.0.14393
Build Architecture x86 (So 32-bit Windows 10)
OpenGL disabled
Intel GPU 0x191b  (So HD Graphics 530 on an i7 Skylake CPU)
OpenGLDriver 21.20.16.4534 (15.45.xx -- 6 Oct 2016; latest is .4590 -- 3 Feb
2017)

Except that we need OP's input describing:

1. STR (what were you doing and can you repeat it so we can try?)
2. was there a specific slide or transition causing this? Helpful to provide a
sample document...
3. effect of enabling OpenGL rendering?
4. effect of disabling Hardware acceleration?
5. does update of the Intel 15.45 driver to the current .4590 build [2]
resolve?
