This ??what's it doing?? behaviour has been annoying for some time, yet I was
hoping it would be gone with the LibreOffice fix for "don't open a double-click
file in the background" (fixed c. end 2016).
Yet the .csv dialogue still opens in the background. It really looks like LO is
doing nothing.
I'm astonished that this has been observed, known about and hanging around for
6 years and it's not been progressed :(
