            Bug ID: 106546
Summary: Windows 10 Explorer: right click -> new ->
                    OpenDocument {Presentation, Spreadsheet, Text} creates
                    0KB file
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.2.5.1 release
          Hardware: x86 (IA32)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In Windows 10, when you right click anywhere in free space in the Explorer or
on your Desktop, a menu opens including the item "New". When you hover over it,
it expands and allows you to create new file types. For LibreOffice, these are:

OpenDocument Drawing
OpenDocument Presentation
OpenDocument Spreadsheet
OpenDocument Text

For "Drawing" it works as expected; i.e. a proper new file named "New
OpenDocument Drawing.odg" is created.

But for the other three (Presentation, Spreadsheet, Text), respective odp, ods
or odt files are created, which however have a size of 0 KB. The result is that
also the odp file is openned with the Writer. And the ods file is openned in
Calc with an "import" dialog window. This "import" window pops up every time
for this ods file, even after some data has been added.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click anywhere on your Windows 10 Desktop
2. Select "New" from the appearing menu
3. Select e.g. "OpenDocument Spreadsheet"
4. Confirm the file name of the newly created file

Actual Results:
A file with 0 KB is created.

Expected Results:
An actual new odp, ods or odt should be created that like when I click new file
and save within Impress, Calc or Writer.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
