Please, both Andrzej and E.F.A.: copy and paste to a comment here the contents
of your C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log
After that we can think about the next steps for testing. Stuart said rotated
text with OGL is rock solid in 5.3.2:
