Joel Madero <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #2 from Joel Madero <[email protected]> 2012-07-13 17:07:48 PDT --- Marking this as INVALID as there is no document showing the bug, no steps to reproduce. Furthermore, there are good reasons not to make a massive undo buffer: 1. We try to be useable by everyone, many people don't have 500 gig drives 2. As computers move forward to SSD, drives are shrinking again, not uncommon to have < 16 gigs these days 3. Again as we move forward there is a good chance that cloud computing is going to become the norm, making 500 gig drives actually obsolete ;) I don't think this will be the case but it's a possibility Ultimately this isn't a reproducible bug so we can't confirm, and the proposed solution of unlimited or incredibly large undo buffers isn't in the plans. If the original bug can be reproduced I suspect we'll mark it as a CRITICAL bug but we need more information than was provided. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list [email protected] http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
