I can confirm that this bug still exists for me. I am using:
LibreOffice Version: 5.3.0.3
OS: Ubuntu 14.04LTS 32 bit
The original bug description ([email protected] 2014-01-15 10:23:09 UTC) still
describes the (mis)behaviour of LO in this regard. I notice that mismatched
scaling of text and cell size occurs as the zoom is changed. When a cell has
several lines of text, text wrapping occurs in different places as zoom is
changed.
