            Bug ID: 106633
Summary: All dialog boxes are merged into tabs in a single
                    window.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.2.3.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Mac OS X (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I believe this is since MacOS 10.12 Sierra introduced merged windows, the
ability to merge separate windows into tabs of a single window.

I now find that all dialog boxes are merged in this fashion, even a simple one
such as renaming a work sheet.

Not only is this annoying, the resulting window has a tab bar which obscures
part of the top of the original window, such as the first toolbar.

Steps to Reproduce:
For example

1. Double-click on worksheet tab to rename
2. The rename dialog fills a whole tab in the main window.

Actual Results:
As mentioned, the dialog is not a separate dialog box, but a full tab in the
same window.

Expected Results:
A normal dialog box.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
It is possible to undock the tab by pulling it off the tab bar. The resulting
window is over-sized, but otherwise a floating dialog box which can be resized.

This indicates that all windows in LO are somehow triggering this new feature
in MacOS.

The Window menu does not contain the Merge Windows item, so it cannot be turned
off. I cannot find any mention of it in the Prefrences.
