Sample that shows that headings don't appear in Nav panel and "Target in doc"
window
In 8+ years of my use of OOo and LO, I am seeing this weird effect for the
first time: The Navigator Panel and "Target in document" window do not show the
actual headings in a document.
In fact, almost all Heading1 headings are not shown at all.
The problematic document is attached.
