Description:
I went to your website with my MacBook Pro, using Firefox, and couldn't get
your website to progress beyond the donation page. I donated and it gave me a
receipt, then it didn't offer another step so I could download your program.
When I went back to any step after clicking on the download button phase, I ran
into the same roadblock--no way to download the program. I'm going to switch
internet platforms to see if it is a Firefox related problem.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. clicked on a button from a Google search to access your website.
2. clicked on the button to download the program and was shuttled over to the
donation request page.
3. donated money
4. printed receipt
5 looked for a way to get the program to download. Nothing happened. tried it
again several times and began work to find your complaint mechanism.
Actual Results:
No download of Libre Office
Expected Results:
Getting the download of Libre Office to my computer.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No. I'll try it on Google Chrome and see if I run into the
same roadblock.
