Printing in MSO 2013 grayscale: no background
Feature request:
Add an option in printing dialog tab of Impress to suppress all background
colors and background images (but not normal images).
This is especially useful for handouts to make the small slides better
readable.
Competitor: MS PowerPoint 2013 suppresses the background per default if you
select grayscale or black/white in printing dialog.
